Direct and executive search — permanent positions
When it comes to the discipline of direct search for professionals to fill senior or highly specialised positions, we are well versed. Thanks to our expertise and knowledge of the market we are able to accurately predict suitable candidates. From the initial contact we approach them with an emphasis on discretion and ethical conduct. We appreciate that the individuals we address must be given compelling information, which will get their attention and be relevant for them, and we can advise our clients in this respect.
Recruitment and selection of candidates
This service is intended for clients who have their own candidates — internal ones, recommended by someone, found through their own job ads, etc — and who want to save time, and/or, would like an independent opinion in choosing from them. We will select the most suitable CVs, conduct the first-round interviews, participate in the selection panel and we may even reply to the unsuitable candidates.
HR Partner
As your HR partner, we will advise you on the configuration of the most appropriate management procedures and employee engagement and development projects, with consideration to the needs, type, or size of the company. We will recommend and regulate systems for evaluation, compensation, employee training, and the planning and auditing of positions. We will conduct interviews on your behalf at the conclusion of employee agreements and can help you engage in this process in a correct and professional manner.
Outplacement
The scope of this service is to advise employees, whose agreements, for whatever reason, our client must terminate, on how to proceed. The types of questions we deal with, which arise from these conversations with outgoing employees, pertain to the seeking and acquiring of positions with good prospects, the actual situation on the job market, tactics for approaching potential employers, editing of their CVs, or appropriate modifications to their attitude and presentation. If we have positions open for which they would be suitable candidates, we discuss specific job opportunities with them.

B R I E F I N G We will find out who you are looking for — what the position is, experience and skills you consider necessary, what may be particularly interesting about the opportunity, or what might discourage some of the candidates, and we will check the budget you have for the position, etc.
L O N G – L I S T We will compile a first-list of potentially suitable candidates. We may discuss some of the names with you to make sure we’re heading in the right direction.
S E A R C H We use a combination of methods for finding the candidates, depending on the type of the position — starting with our own database of candidates we work with currently, through our market know-how, via advertising on online job portals, social networks, to personal recommendations from our network of contacts and external collaborators.
P R E S E L E C T I O N We will interview the candidates to thoroughly check their experience, attitude, motivation and relevant personal traits. If the situation allows, we also check their references. We discuss practical issues such as salary expectations and availability. We introduce the work opportunity only to those candidates we believe to sufficiently fulfill the criteria.
I N T R O D U C T I O N We will send you candidate’s CVs and a written assessment which will present his or her experience, skills, and competencies from the point of view of their relevancy to the brief.
C O O R D I N A T I O N We will be at your disposal for your questions and consultation. We will help you organize meetings with the candidates and check their feedback.
I T D O E S N ’ T E N D W I T H P L A C E M E N T We will regularly contact the candidates we have placed to make sure you learn about any problems before they are beyond repair.

Our fees and guarantees
The fee is usually calculated as a multiple of the starting salary of the candidate. We prepare a specific offer for each client based on the method and frequency of co-operation, whether you give us exclusivity on the search or not, the expected complexity of the search, etc. We always try to find a win-win solution.
Our candidates come with the provision of a guarantee and if a candidate leaves during the guarantee period, we will return your money (the actual amount being proportional to the length of the candidate’s employment).
